While on the way there they learned of a no contact release agreement between Walker and a female that was there. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 07/13/2020 (06:10 PM) LOCATION: 346 Garden Valley, Roseburg (Chevron) INCIDENT: Harassment CASE #: 203029 PERSON(S): (S) Holcomb, Randy Lee (38) Roseburg, (V) Stewart, Nicholas Mike (20) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Holcomb – Harassment, Criminal Trespass II VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Holcomb refused to leave the Chevron after being trespassed by employees. Holcomb became aggressive and approached Chevron employee, Stewart. Stewart put his hand out to keep Holcomb away and Holcomb slapped his hand away. DISPO: Cited and Released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 07/13/2020 (08:00 PM) LOCATION: Garden Valley / Park, Roseburg INCIDENT: Non Injury Vehicle Collision CASE #: 203033 PERSON(S): (D1) Hall, Colby Ross (23) Roseburg, (D2) Brown, Ryan Duane (36) Roseburg, (D3) Webber, Jesse Woodland (60) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Hall - Careless Driving, Brown - Operation of Unsafe Vehicle VEHICLE(S): Hall - White 2008 BMW 335i 295LYY, Brown - White 2002 Ford F-250 544CRG, Webber - Green 2002 GMC Envoy 917DBU DETAIL(S): Hall was driving east on Garden Valley reportedly passing cars unsafely when Brown tried to change lanes. Brown hit Hall's vehicle which sent Hall's vehicle into the curb. Brown lost control of his vehicle and it stopped on the train tracks. The bed of Brown's pickup fell off, striking Webber's vehicle in the opposite lane of travel. Brown admitted the bed on his pickup was not bolted to the frame. Hall and Brown’s vehicles were towed from the scene by Roseburg Towing. No injuries were reported. DISPO: Traffic Collision. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 07/14/2020 (05:53 AM) LOCATION: 200 Block Pine, Roseburg INCIDENT: Littering CASE #: 203040 PERSON(S): (S) Keith, Tabitha Christine (40) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Depositing Trash Within 100 Yards of a Waterway VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Keith was found in a camp that has accumulated a large amount of trash over several weeks. The camp is well within 100 Yards of the Umpqua River. DISPO: Cited and Released.
