CHARGE(S): Both – Menacing VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Officers responded to a disturbance between brothers Carlos and Kristopher, and determined Carlos was the instigator by allegedly brandishing a pair of pruning shears, after which Kristopher allegedly grabbed and loaded his shotgun. While the officer was speaking with Scott she selected several items and walked out of the store failing to pay for them. DISPO: Cited and Released. Clyde was in the left turn lane, and Whitley was in the left lane. The light turned green and Clyde realized she wanted to go straight on Stephens, so she changed lanes directly into the driver's side of Whitley's vehicle.Neither driver was injured and both vehicles sustained heavy damage. Clyde's vehicle was towed by Roseburg Towing and Whitley was able to drive hers from the scene. DISPO: Traffic Collision. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 07/15/2020 (03:00 PM) LOCATION: 2700 Stewart Parkway, Roseburg (Mercy) INCIDENT: Trespass CASE #: 203067 PERSON(S): (S) Cockerham, Dawn Denise (31) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Criminal Trespass II, Resisting Arrest VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Cockerham was transported by ambulance to Mercy after she was found unresponsive near Roseburg High School. Medical staff did not know her identity at the time as she would not speak with them or identify herself. Cockerham was cleared medically at Mercy and became combative with staff when asked to leave. Cockerham began throwing things at staff and eventually made her way outside where she sat on the bench near the COVID tent. Mercy security tried to get Cockerham to leave and she continued to be vulgar and argumentative with them.Officers were called to Mercy where they tried conversing with her to ascertain if she needed medical attention. Cockerham displayed the same behavior toward them. When all attempts to get her to leave were exhausted, Cockerham was advised she would be arrested if she still continued to disrupt operations at the hospital by refusing to leave. Cockerham did not leave and was told she was under arrest. During arrest, Cockerham tried to fight, but was arrested without further incident. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 07/15/2020 (04:30 PM) LOCATION: 100 Block Carmen, Roseburg INCIDENT: Burglary CASE #: 203072 PERSON(S): (S) Scott, Gift Sterling (20) Roseburg, (V) Kuykendall, Nakeisha Dawn (34) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Burglary I, Kidnapping II, Public Indecency VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Officers responded to the a residence in the area for a report from Kuykendall of an unknown woman who entered the residence and attempted to take the Kuykendall’s 2 year old daughter. Then the suspect, Gift, went outside and took her clothes off and started touching herself inappropriately in front of Kuykendall and children. Gift was contacted a short distance away and was arrested for the listed offenses. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 07/15/2020 (10:00 PM) LOCATION: 2500 Block NE Stephens, Roseburg INCIDENT: Warrant Arrest CASE #: 203077 PERSON(S): (S) Spradley, Jacob (37) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Warrant – Failure to Appear (Oregon State Police), Warrant – Parole Violation (Oregon State Parole Board), Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Spradley was contacted in the area and arrested on two warrants. He was also found to possess Methamphetamine. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 07/15/2020 (10:00 PM) LOCATION: 1800 Block Diamond Lake, Roseburg INCIDENT: Warrant Arrest CASE #: 202201/203076 PERSON(S): (S) Davis, Leroy Riley (50) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Warrant – Failure to Appear (Roseburg Police Department), Criminal Trespass I, Theft III VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Employees at Fast Stop Market reported Davis entered the store and concealed a bottle of wine in his shorts and left the store without paying for it. Davis has been previously trespassed from the store for prior thefts. Davis was located at a camp near the area and he was charged with the new crimes, and on a warrant. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 07/16/2020 (01:24 AM) LOCATION: 700 Block Cass, Roseburg INCIDENT: Warrant Arrest CASE #: 202075 PERSON(S): (S) Shivers, Bobby Joe II (41) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Warrant – Failure to Appear (Roseburg Police Department) VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Officers contacted Shivers during an unrelated incident, and arrested him on the listed warrant.
