One of the bicycles was valued at $3,500 and the second was valued at $3,000. The victim spotted Benefiel with one of the stolen bicycles. Neal was driving eastbound and didn't stop in time before striking Flores’ vehicle, which was pushed into Holden’s. Neal's car sustained heavy front end damage., Flores' car sustained heavy back end damage and moderate front end damage. Holden’s vehicle sustained minor back end damage. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 08/03/2020 (10:06 PM) LOCATION: 1400 Block Grove, Roseburg INCIDENT: Theft I CASE #: 203365 PERSON(S): (S) Chandler, Aaron Sterling (32) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Theft I, Warrant – Failure to Appear (Clatsop County) VEHICLE(S): OR/WXX605 1993 Green Mercury Cougar DETAIL(S): On 8/1/20, Chandler allegedly stole several propane tanks and acetylene tanks from Bowers Construction located on Mulholland. Chandler was located and charged in that theft, and he was also found to have two warrants out of Clatsop County. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections.
