During the stop, he told the officer his license was suspended. Dispatch confirmed he was DWS-M. DISPO: Cited and released on scene. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: DATE/TIME: 08/12/2020 (04:15 PM) LOCATION: 700 block NW Garden Valley, Roseburg INCIDENT: Injury Motor Vehicle Collision CASE #: 203520 PERSON(S): (D1C) Shepardson, Mary Lyn (60) Roseburg, (D2) McKenzie, Stacey (70) Roseburg CHARGE(S): D1: Following Too Closely, Driving Uninsured VEHICLE(S): V1: 2002 Ford Taurus, V2: 2000 Oldsmobile DETAIL(S): Shepardson was traveling eastbound behind McKenzie on Garden Valley. McKenzie slowed to a stop for the signal at the Garden Valley/I-5 off ramp intersection and Shepardson failed to notice her stopping. Shepardson rear-ended McKenzie's vehicle causing extensive damage to both vehicles. McKenzie was transported by ambulance to Mercy Medical Center for evaluation. DISPO: Both vehicles were not drivable and were towed by Roseburg Towing. Shepardson was cited for Following too Closely and Driving Uninsured as she was unable to produce a valid insurance card. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: DATE/TIME: 08/13/2020 (02:50 AM) LOCATION: 200 block of Scott St INCIDENT: DUII CASE #: 203524 PERSON(S): (S) Vian, Jordan Matthew (29) Roseburg CHARGE(S): DUII-Alcohol VEHICLE(S): 2000 GMC Sierra DETAIL(S): Officers contacted Jordan during a traffic stop. Jordan was originally called in as a DUII at Southgate Market. Jordan was clearly impaired and performed poorly on SFST. Jordan was taken into custody without incident and transported to Winston Police Department. Jordan provided a BAC of .12%. DISPO: Jordan was cited and released.
