She stopped for a red light at the intersection of Stephens and Garden Valley. McCarty was behind Huckins and failed to stop in time, causing him to rear end her vehicle. Pyle claimed he looked away from the road and rear-ended the Civic which was stopped in front of him. The crash caused a chain reaction and the other three vehicles were hit. No injuries were reported. The Civic and Transit were towed from the scene by Roseburg Towing. DISPO: Traffic Collision. He was cited and told to leave the property. At approximately 7:15pm, he returned to the business. DISPO: Cited and Released. She said he was upset and tried opening the doors to her truck. Fearful of the situation, she drove off and he jumped into the bed of her truck as she drove on Harvard. She reported he was hitting the back window with the butt of an axe as she continued to drive. Potter drove to the parking lot of the Courthouse, with Merlino still in the bed of the truck, where officers met her. Merlino was arrested without incident. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. They were separated when officers arrived and an investigation revealed that Lakiesha kicked Matthew's car during the altercation causing substantial damage. Sturgeon has a current Restraining Order against Bakos which restrains him from being at her residence. Once officers arrived on scene, Bakos ran from the porch and jumped over a fence. The officer was able to arrest Bakos after a brief foot pursuit. Bakos was also found in possession of Methamphetamine. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. Both parties were driving around town in a speculated road rage incident that turned physical when they stopped.An investigation revealed the listed suspects were upset that Czernowski was driving around with a former girlfriend of one of the suspects. The 16 year old male allegedly smashed the back window of Czernowski’s vehicle, along with the windshield using a skateboard. Czernowski exited his vehicle with a tire iron due to being outnumbered and fearful for his safety. Czernowski was overpowered and was assaulted by all of the subjects involved. During the incident, the 16 year old male allegedly smashed Czernowski over the back of the head with a skateboard approximately 3-4 times causing him to lose consciousness. Czernowski suffered a broken nose, concussion and a laceration to the back of his head. The two juveniles were lodged at juvenile detention and Bonney was lodged at Corrections.
