Five Guys Burgers & Fries Inching Closer To Opening In Roseburg

Five Guys Burgers & Fries is making progress towards opening their restaurant in Roseburg in Hanna Heritage Place on NW Mulholland Drive. Management said they are hiring their management team and training them and expect to hire the rest of the employees the second week of September. The plan is for Five Guys to open on October 1 but that is still uncertain. Spectrum will join Five Guys in the first building to go in at the Hanna Heritage Place. Their third tenant space is 1,375 square feet and that space is still available. The Hanna Heritage Place has ground leases and build to suit opportunities available within the retail center. Once the first building is complete, then the plan is to move on to the next building with space for a total of four buildings.
