This was witnessed by several citizens. Tracey ran to a nearby bridge and hid with some transients. Geisler threw the knife and left on his bike and officers located him nearby. A citizen directed officers to the knife in a grassy area near the store. Due to medical reasons unrelated to the incident, Geisler was cited and released at Mercy Hospital. Officers were able to identify the suspect as Kemp. Officers were able to locate Kemp based off of a lead from an earlier shift. Carlson stated tools, his bicycle, two cell phones, and his wallet were stolen by Jordan and the other male. Jordan was contacted and charged with the listed crimes.
