Burket was also driving eastbound in the left lane in a gray Dodge Caravan. Burket started to switch lanes to the right and he collided with the rear driver corner of Dyer’s vehicle. There were no injuries, and both vehicles were driven from the scene. DISPO: Traffic Collision. During the investigation, officers learned Webb allegedly shoved Peterson to the ground during the disturbance. Peterson and Webb also both had warrants for their arrests. DISPO: Cited and Released. He didn't want to wait for the crew, so he went into the Oddfellows cemetery to try and turn around. He drove to the top of the driveway and into some loose gravel that caused his car to lose traction. He started to slide back down the driveway and into the cemetery. He was unable to stop his car and he ran over multiple grave sites. Umpqua Valley Funeral Directors responded to the scene to assess the damage. Lane was not injured, and his vehicle was towed out of the cemetery and he was able to drive from the scene. DISPO: Traffic Collision.
