(DFPA) Crews have a wet line around the entire fire and the fire spread is stopped.  Dozer line has been constructed around approximately 1/3 of the fire.  The fire is estimated to be 10 acres in size.   Crews from DFPA, North Douglas County Fire & EMS and an industrial operator are working on the fire.
