Maliglig was waiting to pull out of Bailey's and intended on making a left turn on Garden Valley. A vehicle stopped in the right outside lane of Garden Valley motioned for Maliglig to go.When Maliglig pulled out into the roadway, Swartzendruber ran into the driver's rear wheel of Maliglig's vehicle. Neither party was injured and Roseburg Towing removed Maliglig's vehicle. Swartzendruber was able to drive her vehicle from the location. DISPO: Traffic Collision. Aloia was contacted at Gaddis park and he was charged with theft. He was also found in possession of Methamphetamine. DISPO: Cited and Released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 10/01/2020 (11:00 PM) LOCATION: 511 SE Stephens, Roseburg INCIDENT: Harassment CASE #: 204281 PERSON(S): (S) Triplett, Ricky Jay (66) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Harassment VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): An officer was attempting to assist Triplett to his room at the Rodeway Inn when Triplett intentionally took a swing at the officer. Triplett slightly connected with the end of the officer’s nose, at which point the officer punched Triplett once, knocking him down. Triplett was charged with harassment. Neither Triplett or the officer were injured. DISPO: Cited and Released.
