Her actions, and how close she was standing to the train tracks, made the conductor on the passing train believe she was going to jump in front of the train. The train came to a stop for an unrelated reason, and when an officer arrived on scene, Gardenhire was standing on one of the train cars. DISPO: Cited and Released.
