Maynes was traveling in the right lane next to Jones, and turned directly into the passenger rear of Jones’ vehicle, claiming she never saw him. Jones' vehicle went up on three wheels, but did not roll over.Maynes claimed she re-aggravated a previous injury and was transported to Mercy Medical Center via ambulance for treatment. Maynes' vehicle sustained moderate front end damage and was towed by Roseburg Towing. Jones' vehicle sustained minimal damage, and he was uninjured. DISPO: Traffic Collision. When Dunaway told Wilkerson to leave, he allegedly threatened to come back to the residence and kill her and her dogs. While out with her, officers learned she had the aforementioned warrant for her arrest. DISPO: Cited and Released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 10/05/2020 (04:00 PM) LOCATION: Winchester / Rowe, Roseburg INCIDENT: Minor Injury Traffic Collision CASE #: 204327 PERSON(S): (D1) Stratton, Donald Dean (35) Roseburg, (D2) Stratton, Lynda Diane (55) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Donald: Following Too Closely VEHICLE(S): Donald: OR 509DKY White 2007 Chevrolet 2500 (towing a small cargo trailer), Lynda: OR CN05247 Blue 2016 International Bus (UCAN); the bus had a total of 7 passengers and only two sustained injuries DETAIL(S): On 10/05 Lynda was almost to a complete stop (at a bus stop) as she traveled south on Winchester. Donald was traveling south behind Lynda and was distracted by something falling off of his seat. Donald never broke, and ran directly into the back of the bus. One bus passenger hit his head on a window and another sustained a cut on her hand from getting knocked to the ground. Both passengers refused medical treatment, and neither driver was injured.Donald's truck sustained heavy damage and was clearly totaled. Donald's boss arrived with a flat-bed trailer and towed the truck. The bus sustained heavy damage, but was still drivable. DISPO: Traffic Collision. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 10/05/2020 (05:37 PM) LOCATION: 2400 Block Harvard, Roseburg INCIDENT: Harassment CASE #: 204328 PERSON(S): (S) Dykes, Amy Rene (44) Roseburg, (V) Jones, Devon Ray (20) Sutherlin CHARGE(S): Dykes – Harassment VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Officers were called to a disturbance occurring in the parking lot of Rife's Furniture. While on scene, officers learned Dykes was upset because her mother and Dykes’ son, Jones would not let her into their vehicle and go home with them in Sutherlin. Dykes tried to get into the car and they had to physically pull her away from the car. During the process, Dykes hit and spat on both people. DISPO: Cited and Released.
