Sparicino was located near the Duck Pond in possession stolen product from Fred Meyer. Sparicino has also been previously trespassed from Fred Meyer for a past theft. DISPO: Cited and Released. The two were then in a verbal argument leading to Parnell being told to leave the property. Hardy was traveling east in the inside lane of Garden Valley. Traffic was stopped in the eastbound outside lane, and a vehicle near the Yellow Flamingo entrance motioned for Calvin to go.Calvin pulled out into the roadway and ran into the passenger rear wheel of Hardy's truck as he was in the outside eastbound lane. Hardy's truck suffered a broken wheel, but no body damage. Calvin's vehicle's front bumper was torn off. Neither vehicle needed a tow and both drivers were uninjured. DISPO: Traffic Collision. He was also seen throwing a glass bottle which was found broken on the ground. Travis did not identify himself and was taken to corrections for identification, where he was lodged. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 10/07/2020 (09:45 PM) LOCATION: 900 Block NE Stephens, Roseburg INCIDENT: Criminal Trespass II CASE #: 204366 PERSON(S): (S) Geving Jr, David Charles (37) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Criminal Trespass II VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Officers responded to the area near the Howard Johnson Motel for a report from the manager of a male transient refusing to leave and threatening staff. Ultimately, the motel manager pepper sprayed the male suspect, Geving, who then left walking north. The manager advised Geving was trespassed three times prior to tonight. DISPO: Cited and Released.
