Croucher’s Probation Officer was contacted and they wanted him detained on a Probation Violation. Croucher was later found at a relative’s house and he was arrested. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 10/19/2020 (10:40 PM) LOCATION: 1539 NE Stephens, Roseburg INCIDENT: DUII CASE #: 204543 PERSON(S): (S) Ramirez, Natalie (42) Roseburg CHARGE(S): DUII, DWS Misdemeanor, Reckless Driving VEHICLE(S): 2015 Gray Kia Forte (OR-880MLH) DETAIL(S): An officer was traveling north on NE Stephens and saw the listed car turning left west from Stephens onto Garden Valley. The car made it halfway into the intersection, anchored the car, and made an abrupt right hand turn. The car nearly entered the southbound lanes of NE Stephens.The officer got behind the car and watched as it turned right onto Oakland. The car did not make the turn and almost drove directly into the sidewalk. The driver, Ramirez, was contacted during a traffic stop and she displayed signs of alcohol impairment. Ramirez also has a misdemeanor suspended license. DISPO: Cited and Released.
