He proceeded through the intersection and James’ vehicle struck the front passenger side of Fletcher’s vehicle. James was travelling on Renann when Fletcher pulled out into the roadway. Both vehicles were towed by Roseburg Towing. James was transported to mercy via ambulance, for a minor leg injury. DISPO: Traffic Collision. Both Wooton and Eichman were stopped at the stop light at the time of the crash. All drivers and passengers refused medical. Brown's vehicle was not drivable so she called a friend to tow her vehicle. Both the other vehicles were drivable. DISPO: Traffic Collision. Dubuc was driving down Exchange and was unable to make the left hand turn onto Airport. He left the roadway, struck a curb, and drove for approximately 100 feet before coming back onto the road. Interviews with a witness indicated Dubuc’s car was driving at a very high rate of speed down Exchange prior to the crash. DISPO: Cited and Released. Burns had multiple bruises and swelling on her left arm and right hip. The altercation also caused Burn's anchor piercing on her chest to partially rip out and bleed. The injuries Burns sustained caused her substantial pain. Burns is also 25 weeks pregnant, which Geisler was aware of. Their young child also witnessed the altercation. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. Both vehicles sustained front end damage and were towed by the scene by Roseburg Towing. Both drivers were transported to Mercy Medical Center by ambulance for treatment of minor injuries. Scudder said he did not know Farmer was behind him, and backed over Farmer with both his back and front tires. Scudder immediately transported Farmer to Mercy Hospital where he was treated for his injuries, that were non-life-threatening. While investigating the crash, a passenger, Nelson, was found to have a Roseburg Municipal Court Warrant. DISPO: Cited and Released. Johnny was not cooperative with officers or paramedics, but it was obvious he needed stitches for the cut to his head. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 10/24/2020 (11:31 PM) LOCATION: Stephens / Exchange, Roseburg INCIDENT: DUII Alcohol CASE #: 204627 PERSON(S): (S) Gibson, Ronald Kevin (40) Roseburg CHARGE(S): DUII-Alcohol, Reckless Driving VEHICLE(S): 2004 Ford F150 (OR 110KRC) DETAIL(S): An off-duty officer observed Gibson driving erratically from NE Stephens at Exchange all the way to Diamond Lake until officers were dispatched. Officers stopped the vehicle on Diamond Lake near Casper. Gibson was contacted and displayed signs of alcohol impairment, and he was ultimately arrested for DUII Alcohol. DISPO: Cited and Released.
