A record low temperature of 26 was set in Roseburg yesterday. This breaks the old record of 28 set in 1948! Snow is expected to accumulate down to about 4000 feet today and tonight. Up to 3 inches of snow is expected along roads near Diamond Lake. Anyone planning outdoor activities or travel in the higher elevations should be prepared for snow-covered, slippery roads.
