Mountain Mike's Pizza Opens in Roseburg

Mountain Mike's Pizza has opened its doors today in Roseburg on the corner of Harvard Ave and Bellows near Roseburg High School. The restaurant has pizza, salad bar, wings, breadsticks, sandwiches as well as an all you can eat buffet. Mountain Mike's will be joined by Cascade coffee shop next door in the coming month or so. James Smith, the owner of Mountain Mike's and Cascade Coffee also has a location in Medford. This is his second location in Oregon. "We will have a "Grand Opening" next month. Today was day one of our soft opening. We opened at about 3:30 PM this afternoon and it has gone fantastic!!  Just busy enough to keep the team busy, but not so busy that they were overwhelmed. Guests have been amazing and I look forward to meeting even more wonderful people from the neighborhood." James said when reached this evening.
