Ballard disregarded the red light and proceeded through the intersection and was struck by Baimbridge, who was traveling southbound on SE Pine St. Ballard's vehicle sustained major driver side damage and was towed from the scene by Roseburg Towing. Baimbridge's log truck sustained moderate front end damage and was towed from the scene by Whitaker Logging. Ballard was transported to Mercy to treated for apparent non-life threatening injuries. Officers made contact and the subject refused to return the stolen bike, follow simple commands and attempted to resist being taken into custody. While officers attempted to take her into custody she attempted escape on foot. Once she was re-contacted, Jamie attempted to kick officers and resist arrest. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 03/25/2021 (10:33 PM) LOCATION: 2700 NW Stewart Parkway, Roseburg, OR 97471 INCIDENT: Criminal Trespass CASE #: 211293 PERSON(S): (S) Robinson, Bobby James (29) Roseburg CHARGE(S): - Criminal Trespass II, - Interfering With a Peace Officer VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): After being discharged from Mercy, Bobby refused to leave the property. After being escorted out of the building, Bobby attempted to force his way back inside by pushing through officers. Bobby was eventually taken in to custody after he passively resisted.
