The warrants were confirmed and he was taken into custody. Donald had a broken wrist that went untreated for days and he was transported to Mercy. He additionally found and took a shopping cart that belongs to Big Lots and filled it with trash, including rotting food. DISPO: Kinman was cited and released. He told her to leave through a security camera and she flipped him off and continued to loiter. She poured an unknown fluid over his stairs and wrote on the wall with makeup. Upon arrival, officer noticed his vehicle was on the sidewalk after colliding with a light pole. He consented to SFST's and performed poorly. At the conclusion of the investigation, Pike was placed under arrest for driving under the influence of an intoxicant. DISPO: He was cited and released from DCC and his brother picked him up. His vehicle was towed from the scene by Roseburg Towing. Her hair curler was plugged in and used as well. While she was gone her daughter Kameran messaged her and said she, "Came by but nobody was home." Kameran is not welcome at Shannon's home and should not have known where she was staying. There were no signs of forced entry and Shannon's key card was deactivated when she got home, meaning Kameran may have gotten a key from someone else, which the business is looking into. DISPO: UTL Kameran. She is known to be with Kevin Potter and stays at 3780 Joseph St. No PC at this time, if located please interview. Items to look for are an HP touchscreen laptop, black and white cardboard keepsake boxes, and a custom silver and black knife with matching sheath. The sole occupant, Alexander Lapke, was traveling south on Stewart Parkway at about 50 MPH, lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a homeowner's fence near the YMCA.Alexander was transported to Mercy Medical Center for evaluation. Leeann's tumultuous behavior ultimately gathered a large crowd and about stopped traffic traveling north bound. Officers grabbed Leeann and she resisted and fought with officers to get away. Officer contacted him near Hucrest school after warning him several times if he continued to generate calls he would be arrested. Donald attempted to take items from some juvenile boys while they were skateboarding at the school and neighbors flagged me down for contact.Officer took Donald into custody and transported him to the Douglas County Jail where he was lodged. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/18/2021 (12:40 PM) LOCATION: NE Hewitt Ave./NE Stephens St., Roseburg INCIDENT: Injury Traffic Crash CASE #: 211649 PERSON(S): (D1) Palm, Tony E (54) Roseburg, (PED) Peterson, Teresa L (89) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Driving While Suspended- Violation, Driving Uninsured VEHICLE(S): 2002 Jeep Liberty (378MNF OR) DETAIL(S): Tony Palm was stopped at the listed intersection on NE Hewitt Ave., waiting to turn onto NE Stephens St. Teresa Peterson was coming southbound down the sidewalk toward the intersection in her mobility chair. When Teresa made it to the intersection she stopped and Tony believed she was waiting for him to go. Tony said they both moved at the same time and Teresa ended up running into the passenger side of Tony's vehicle. Multiple witnesses corroborated Tony's story. Teresa received minor cuts to her legs and was transported by ambulance to MMC. DISPO: Tony was cited for the listed violations. Officers identified the driver as Jordan Zuniga. Jordan agreed to perform Standard Field Sobriety Tests and Performed Poorly. He was arrested and transported to Douglas County Corrections where he was booked and lodged. He was cited for DUII and Reckless Driving. DISPO: Booked and lodged. Officers took Joshua into custody without incident. The juvenile male was in good spirits but was very warm and his cheeks were very red. DISPO: Joshua was cited and released on scene. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/18/2021 (09:30 PM) LOCATION: 920 SE Stephens Street, Roseburg INCIDENT: Theft CASE #: 211655 PERSON(S): (S) Graham, Joshua Scott (41) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Resisting Arrest, Criminal Trespass II VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Joshua Graham was reported as suspicious when he was seen pushing a small refrigerator around the area. The caller believed the refrigerator was stolen from the nearby appliance store. Officer contacted Graham and he told me he found it in the dumpster of the Scoreboard Tavern but would not tell me where he got the furniture dolly. He tried to push passed me and would not answer my questions so he was placed under arrest. During our attempt to take him into custody he resisted arrest without violence but was detained in handcuffs. Officer ultimately decided to issue Graham citations for Resisting Arrest and Criminal Trespass II for getting in the dumpster. The refrigerator was seized as evidence and officer will have to follow up with the appliance store when they are open. DISPO: Case open, pending follow up. She parked in front of the gate of Umpqua Dairy, got out of her car, and realized she forgot to put her car in park. The car was parked on a hill, so it rolled backwards into the gate. DISPO: An insurance exchange form was completed and provided to both parties. Don Fisher, the manager of Umpqua Dairy, did not want to pursue criminal charges. CHARGE(S): VEHICLE(S): V2: 1997 Honda Accord, gray, OR XBE548., V1: Unknown small, loud, greenish car. DETAIL(S): Three successive reports of the two cars driving suspiciously ended when they collided on Homewood Court and abandoned the Accord. Investigation suggests Benefiel was chasing Fitzgerald in a domestic dispute, but that Fitzgerald then left with Benefiel. DISPO: Due to the evidence of domestic violence we tracked Fitzgerald's cell phone between SE Mill and NE Stephens but could get no closer than 700 meters, within which we were unable to locate either party or the missing car.
