PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/21/2021 (10:40 AM) LOCATION: 161 NE Garden Valley, Roseburg INCIDENT: Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine CASE #: 211711 PERSON(S): (S)-Andersen, Erik (41) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Unlawful Delivery of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine VEHICLE(S): blue 1997 Oldsmobile Aurora (OR-XGT993) DETAIL(S): Officer stopped Erik for traffic violations. Erik's Probation Officer asked for a consent search of him and his car, which Erik consented to. During a consent search officer located approximately 24 grams of methamphetamine, a scale and over $1,100 in cash. DISPO: Officer lodged Erik at corrections for the above charges. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/21/2021 (03:33 PM) LOCATION: 2595 NE Diamond Lake Blvd. INCIDENT: Fugitive CASE #: 211714, 203720, 211388 PERSON(S): (ARR) Smithey, Tessa Marie (23) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Tampering with Physical Evidence, Sutherlin Municipal Court warrant failure to appear on Driving While Suspended, Roseburg Municipal Court warrant for two counts of Failure to Appear on a Criminal Matter and three counts of Theft in the Second Degree. VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Tessa was contacted for having the above warrants at Abby's. The warrants were confirmed and she was transported to corrections. On the way to Corrections Tessa physically removed her handcuffs and reached into her bra and threw a bindle of meth out of the patrol vehicle. The meth was recovered and booked in as evidence. Tessa was also the suspect in a driving while suspended and giving false information to a police officer case that took place on 3/26/21. She was issued criminal citations for the above crimes and lodged at corrections. DISPO: The warrants were cleared from LEDS/NCIC. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/21/2021 (04:21 PM) LOCATION: 2127 NE Fleser INCIDENT: Criminal Mischief II CASE #: 211721 PERSON(S): (S) Davis, Leroy Riley (51) Roseburg, (V) Clemons, Paul Dennis (65) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Criminal Mischief II VEHICLE(S): 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe (OR 588LWE) DETAIL(S): Davis was walking down NE Fleser and started a verbal altercation with Clemons. Davis then intentionally damaged Clemons' vehicle by throwing a battery powered light through the rear driver's side window which broke the window. During the incident, Robert threw a baseball bat at Alisha's vehicle, causing cosmetic damage. DISPO: Robert was cited and released. Leroy Davis, Christina Terhune, and Lawrence McFarland were contacted and cited for Criminal Trespass 2. DISPO: The three above individuals were cited and released for Criminal Trespass 2.
