Sutherlin Instructed to Impose Water Restrictions Again Due to Drought

Effective immediately, the City of Sutherlin is again being instructed to impose water restrictions due to the ongoing drought conditions. Here is the latest update from the city: "Due to continuing drought conditions, the City of Sutherlin is once again mandating water restrictions required by the State Water Master. Watering for lawns, flowerbeds, gardens and shrubs will be restricted to every other day. Even address #'s will water on even dates, odd address #'s will water on odd dates. All watering is restricted to the hours of 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. ONLY! Please make every effort to conserve water! Central Park will remain watered on a reduced schedule and the Splash Pad will remain open (with new restricted hours) from 1-6 p.m. for now, for community use."
