Construction on Roseburg Chipotle to Begin Soon, Could Open By December

Construction on the new Roseburg Chipotle located in the Roseburg Marketplace could begin within the next month or so, according to a company representative. The construction site has already been cleared. It's possible the popular fast-casual Mexican restaurant could be open by November or December the representative said. The restaurant will be located on the corner of Garden Valley Blvd and Stewart Parkway in the Roseburg Marketplace. It will be the first Chipotle in Douglas County
