Anderson Market & Deli To Reopen with Expanded Offerings in Roseburg

Anderson Market & Deli, located at 1030 West Harvard Ave in Roseburg, is set to reopen with a soft launch tomorrow, April 18th, at 5am. The market will be open seven days a week, from 5am until midnight, offering residents a new and improved grocery option. The store has been owned by the same proprietors since 2014. The recent construction project began in May of 2022 and involved tearing down the old store in October. The aim of the renovation was to expand the grocery offerings, introduce a gas station, and enhance the overall selection in the market. Anderson Market now features a wide variety of products, including groceries, cold beverages, a cappuccino machine, French press coffee, slushy and milkshake machines, and a walk-in beer cave. The addition of a produce section is in the pipeline. The market is also looking for community input on other items to add to the market. The new gas station will have six pumps, providing regular, plus, supreme, and diesel fuels. Anderson Market is looking to hire around eight more employees. Interested applicants can submit their resumes directly at the market. Market manager Josh Sandhu expressed enthusiasm for the reopening and its impact on the local community. The relocation of Grocery Outlet to Garden Valley left the Harvard area underserved in terms of grocery options. Sandhu stated, "We're very excited about opening. It's been a long time coming."
