Landslide at Stony Creek 8.5 Miles Up Rock Creek

This last week, there was a landslide at Stony Creek, 8.5 miles up Rock Creek. An enormous amount of dirt washed down into Rock Creek and then the North Umpqua River, even noticeable down to the Roseburg area. The water clarity really started to clear back up throughout the day today as you can see in the last few photos.
