Here are some of the changes to the latest draft for restaurants, bars, winery tasting rooms, brew pubs etc. Official draft is expected to be released tomorrow.

Restaurants and bars will be required to separate customers by at least six feet, close by 10 p.m. and have staff wear masks. Restaurants would be required to provide employees with cloth face coverings. Employees are also asked to disinfect seats, tables and menus between each customer; to minimize bare-hand contact with food through the use of utensils; and to wear gloves while cleaning. Gloves will not be required for preparing food.
