CHARGE(S): Fail to Obey Traffic Control Device VEHICLE(S): Lewis - 2008 Ford Escape, OR/CA72607.Conner - 2019 Dodge Ram, OR D25003. DETAIL(S): Lewis was traveling east on Oak and allegedly turned north against the red light at SE Stephens, where he was struck by Conner, who was traveling north through the same intersection. Lewis and Conner’s passenger both sought treatment at Mercy for minor injuries. DISPO: Traffic Citation. VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Officers responded for a report that a male broke into Rosehaven nursing home and was still inside. Officers arrived to investigate and Bowers took off running from the scene. Officers were not able to catch him at the time and checked the surrounding area for him. A short time later officers were called to several vehicles that were broken into on Mulholland, and there was evidence linking this crime to the incident at Rosehaven. Bowers was found near a residence on Mountain View where he was acting suspiciously, and he was arrested without further incident. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections.
