Darling suddenly slowed for traffic stopped in front of her at the light on Mercy Drive. Patterson was following Darling and was unable to stop in time, and struck Darling’s vehicle. Patterson's car suffered extensive damage and appeared to be totaled, but was still drivable. Darling's car suffered moderate damage and both parties were uninjured. DISPO: Traffic Collision. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 10/10/2019 (04:00 PM) LOCATION: 700 Block Garden Valley, Roseburg INCIDENT: Non-Injury Traffic Collision CASE #: 194762 PERSON(S): (D1) Moore, Michael Lewis (66) Myrtle Creek(D2) Snow, Henry (72) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Moore - Following Too Closely VEHICLE(S): Moore - OR D43288 White 2011 Toyota Tacoma 2wdSnow - Maroon 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 DETAIL(S): Snow was traveling west in the inside lane of Garden Valley. Snow stopped for traffic and Moore approached behind him. Moore ran directly into the back bumper of Snow's truck, which pushed it into the vehicle in front of him. Snow's rear bumper suffered moderate damage and the only damage to the front of his truck was a broken license plate frame. The vehicle in front of Snow left the scene before police arrival. Moore's truck suffered extensive front end damage and appeared to be totaled. Both parties were uninjured and Roseburg Towing removed Moore's vehicle. DISPO: Traffic Collision.
