PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 02/18/2020 (11:30 AM) LOCATION: 443 NE Stephens, Roseburg (Associated Buyers) INCIDENT: Theft CASE #: 200725 PERSON(S): (S) McCraw, Sean Michael (31) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Theft II, DWS-Misdemeanor, Probation Violation VEHICLE(S): Yellow 2001 Nissan Xterra - No Plate DETAIL(S): On February 17th and Officer took a theft report from Associated Buyers. After viewing video surveillance of the theft, McCraw was identified as the suspect. He was contacted on this day and charged with the listed offenses related to the incident. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 02/18/2020 (12:26 PM) LOCATION: Garden Valley / Mulholland, Roseburg INCIDENT: Non Injury Traffic Collision CASE #: 200739 PERSON(S): (D1) Royer, Allen Jason (21) Roseburg, (D2) Kilpatrick II, Scott Brady (37) Winston CHARGE(S): Royer - Failure to Obey Traffic Control DeviceDriving Uninsured VEHICLE(S): Royer - 2005 Maroon Dodge Neon CA 5JST463, Kilpatrick - 2007 Silver Ford Edge OR CA95148 DETAIL(S): Royer was traveling west in the inside lane of Garden Valley as he approached the intersection with Mulholland. Royer claimed he dropped the lid to his water bottle and reached to the floorboard to retrieve it. Kilpatrick was traveling north on the I-5 off ramp at Garden Valley and had a green light to travel straight onto Mulholland.Royer did not stop for his red light and ran into the passenger rear wheel of Kilpatrick's vehicle as Royer traveled through the intersection. Kilpatrick's vehicle was spun 180 degrees, suffered significant damage, but was still drivable. Royer's vehicle suffered significant damage and appeared to be totaled. Neither party was injured and Roseburg Towing responded to tow Royer's vehicle. DISPO: Traffic Collision. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 02/18/2020 (03:33 PM) LOCATION: Garden Valley / Mulholland, Roseburg INCIDENT: Non Injury Traffic Collision CASE #: 200742 PERSON(S): (D1) Woodward, Travis Everett (42) Idleyld Park, (D2) McNabb, Mallory Graham (33) Roseburg, (D3) Knox, Marvin Dean (62) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Woodward - Following Too Closely VEHICLE(S): Woodward - OR YZZ335 Red 1999 Ford F350, McNabb - OR WC42207 Gray 2018 Honda Pilot, Knox - OR 779LSG White 2019 Chevrolet Express Delivery Van (FedEx) DETAIL(S): Knox was traveling west in the outside lane of Garden Valley, just past the intersection with Mulholland, and was stopped for traffic in front of him. The traffic in front of Knox was stopped for two bicyclists crossing the onramp. McNabb came to a stop behind Knox.Woodward said he was distracted and looked up Mulholland (north) and did not see the traffic stopped in front of him. When Woodward looked forward, he saw traffic stopped in front of him and was unable to stop in time. Woodward ran into the back of McNabb, which forced McNabb into the back of Knox's vehicle. No one was injured and no tows were needed, even though Woodward and McNabb's vehicles sustained significant damage. DISPO: Traffic Collision.
