Morris attempted to take Nolasco to the ground, but Nolasco overpowered him, got on top of him and punched him multiple times. Nolasco was contacted on 10/20 and was cited on the listed charges. A male, later identified as Myrvang, exited the driver side of the vehicle, then jumped over the chain link fence in to the front yard of the residence. Myrvang is then seen pulling a Trump sign out of the ground, jumping back over the chain link fence and throwing the sign on to Stephens. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 10/20/2020 (02:21 PM) LOCATION: 1300 Block Garden Valley, Roseburg INCIDENT: Theft CASE #: 204554 PERSON(S): (S) Anderson, Candida Levi (22) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Theft III, Providing False Information to a Police Officer VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Candida allegedly stole $22.95 worth of merchandise from Bi-mart and was detained by loss prevention. Candida gave officers a false name during the arrest and was cited and released at corrections for the above listed charges. DISPO: Cited and Released.
