PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/12/2021 (01:30 PM) LOCATION: 699 NE Clover Ave, Roseburg INCIDENT: Trespass/Resist CASE #: 211554 PERSON(S): Rep- Trejo-Jacome, Felicia (27) Roseburg, S- Trejo, Daniel (26) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree, Resisting Arrest VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Daniel refused to leave his sisters residence after she told him to do so 3-4 times. He continued to bang on her front door until she called LE.When Officers arrived we gave Daniel several opportunities to leave the residence on his own and he refused. Daniel told Officers to take him to jail and told us that he would not leave on his own.When Officers went to take Daniel into custody for trespass he pulled his arms away, rolled onto his stomach, and pull away. We were able to detain Daniel in handcuffs without injury to him or Officers.Daniel was taken into custody and transported to DCC where he was lodged. DISPO: Cleared by arrest PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: Cooper DATE/TIME: 04/12/2021 (02:30 PM) LOCATION: 100 Templin Beach Roseburg (Templin Beach) INCIDENT: RPD CASE #: 211555 PERSON(S): (S) Quigley, Trona Lynn (58) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Deposit of trash within 100 yards of waters or in waters VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): The Roseburg Police Department has received numerous complaints of issues at Templin Beach Park. During a foot patrol, Officer contacted Quigley at her campsite and noticed an excessive amount of litter. Her campsite was within 100 yards of the river. She was cited for littering within 100 yards of a waterway. DISPO: Cited and Released PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/12/2021 (02:55 PM) LOCATION: 100 SE Templin Ave. Roseburg INCIDENT: Fugitive CASE #: 211556 PERSON(S): (S) Coughtry, Amanda Loren (48) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Douglas County Circuit Court warrant for Failure to Appear original charge Criminal Trespass II. VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Officer contacted Amanda at Templin Park and dispatch advised and confirmed the above listed warrant. Amanda was taken into custody without incident and lodged at corrections. DISPO: Cleared by arrest. Lodged at corrections. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/12/2021 (03:00 PM) LOCATION: 100 Templin Beach Roseburg (Templin Beach) INCIDENT: Warrant CASE #: 202863/200289 PERSON(S): (S) Tracy, Roxanne Lynn (48) Roseburg, (S) Dyer, Charles Bryan (42) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Tracy: warrant - Fail to Appear on a Criminal Citation (Roseburg Police), Dyer: warrant - Fail to Appear on Criminal Matter/Release Agreement (Roseburg Police) VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): The Roseburg Police Department has received numerous complaints of issues at Templin Beach Park. During a foot patrol, Officer contacted Tracy and Dyer and both were found to have warrants. They were taken into custody and lodged at Corrections. DISPO: Tracy and Dyer were lodged at corrections. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/12/2021 (10:00 PM) LOCATION: 100 SE Templin (Templin Beach) INCIDENT: Prohibited Burning CASE #: 211560 PERSON(S): (s) Dyer, Charles Bryan. 42 YOA Roseburg, (s) Coughtry, Amanda Loren. 48 YOA Roseburg CHARGE(S): Prohibited Outdoor Burning VEHICLE(S): N/A DETAIL(S): Charles and Amanda were contacted because they had an open fire after being advised it was not allowed. The fire department arrived on scene to extinguish the fire, but Amanda and Charles would not allow them to. DISPO: The fire was extinguished and they were cited and released. Charles admitted it was dangerous to have an open fire underneath a tree and said they would not do it again. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 04/12/2021 (11:45 PM) LOCATION: 500 SE Jackson (Jackson/Rose) INCIDENT: Warrant CASE #: 211168 PERSON(S): (S) Houck, Myson J. 33 YOA Roseburg CHARGE(S): Roseburg Police Department Warrant: Failure to Appear- Offensive Littering VEHICLE(S): N/A DETAIL(S): Myson was sitting on the corner of Rose and Jackson while we were investigating a separate case. Dispatch ran Myson and determined he had an active RPD warrant. He was arrested without incident. DISPO: Myson was lodged at DCC.
