On Friday July 16th, Highway 138 was opened back up granting us access to the area recently burned by the Jack Fire. This video is a short glimpse into what things look like right now with helicopters still flying overhead and trees and stumps still smoldering. 

Overall I was encouraged that the burn area wasn't worse after seeing how severe the Archie Creek Fire burn area was.
