The National Weather Service is forecasting a series of storms that will bring rain and snow to parts of Oregon over the next few days. The first storm, expected to arrive tonight, will bring rain to the coast and snow to higher elevations. The second storm, expected on Friday, will bring more rain to the coast, snow to higher elevations, and some blowing snow to the east side. Winter weather watches and advisories are in effect for several areas including Douglas County.
