Remembering Claudia (Chris) Christine Couey

Claudia (Chris) Christine Couey received her wings and went to walk with the angels in the early morning hour of Dec. 4, 2022. She was 74 years old. Claudia was born Jan. 29, 1948 to Jack and Ruby Boone. In 1967, she married Richard Couey who proceeded her in death in 2015. Claudia had a passion for many things. She loved reading, especially vampire books, watching the cooking shows, collecting recipes, going to the beach and listening to the ocean. Claudia is survived by her two daughters Tammy (Marty) Case, and Christina Couey; her grandchildren Cameron (Alex) Jarvis, Tristan Case, Paul Crawford (Kristina Ferguson), and Christopher (Jessica) Moen; her great-grandchildren Tate Jarvis, Melanie Crawford, Ryliegh Crawford, Keegan Crawford, Brynlee Crawford, Lexi Moen and Luke Moen; and siblings Holly (Claude) Parker, Jackie Gallegos and Mark Boone. Claudia is proceeded in death by her son Richard Couey Jr.; her sister Shawn Centeno; brother Jeffrey Boone; and parents Jack and Ruby Boone. In life we loved you dearly, in death we love you still, in our hearts you hold a place, no one else will ever fill, and remember I will always love you more.
