Mercy Foundation’s Up2UsNow Child Abuse Prevention Coalition and Douglas County Human Trafficking Task Force are hosting “Challenge of the Heroes” on Thursday, September 19, at participating restaurants throughout Douglas County. “We are so excited to continue this long-standing, fun event! It provides an opportunity for our community to dine out, meet, and thank our local heroes for all they do in our community while supporting child abuse prevention projects. It will be a great night!” says Marion Pearson, Violence Prevention Specialist, Up2UsNow Human Trafficking Task Force.
