Drift Smoke Seen in Douglas County is From Emigrant Fire

The drift smoke moving into our area this morning is coming from the Emigrant Fire, which was last measured at 6k acres as of Monday night, but could be almost double that as of Tuesday morning. The fire is burning NW of Lemolo Lake mostly in Lane County, but the fire has crossed into Douglas County now. Winds shifting should take the majority of the smoke out of our area by later in the day on Wednesday at the latest.
