Since then, the team has been busy remodeling the lower level of their new space, formerly the Umpqua Insurance building. The renovation included fresh paint, new flooring, and interior updates to accommodate their growing team of 14 employees. Greg Johnson, a CCIM-Commercial certified professional, leads the investment side, while Keely Bettencourt manages/owns the property management division.
