Lehne Farms To Open 'The Farmstand' at Former Kruse Farms Market Location This Summer

Lehne Farms, helmed by Glen and Wendy Lehne, has announced they will be opening the 'The Farmstand' at the previous Kruse Farms Market site this summer. The Lehne's, third-generation farmers from Roseburg, returned to their agricultural roots in 2014. With Glen’s background in the United States Air Force and their daughters, Ashlynn and Kylie, actively participating, they have been deeply involved in farming and selling produce all year round. In addition to 'The Farmstand', Lehne Farms maintains a presence at several farmers markets. Their winter schedule (November-April) includes Fridays in Coos Bay, Oregon, at Jenny’s Shoe Store from 9-10 am, and in Bandon, Oregon, at the Old Town Marketplace from 12-2 pm. On Saturdays, they are in Roseburg, Oregon. The summer schedule (May-October) sees them in Coos Bay on Wednesdays; Sutherlin, Oregon, on Thursdays; Bandon, Oregon, on Fridays; and back in Roseburg on Saturdays. Glen Lehne said he hopes to have the market open by mid June but they will announce an official opening date as it gets closer.
