The Oregon DMV office in Roseburg is closed today (Friday) due to a staffing shortage. The office, located at 1331 NE Cedar St., will reopen next week.
Customers needing DMV services today can visit the Grants Pass office at 162 NE Beacon Drive, Suite 127. 

Many transactions can also be completed online at DMV2U: https://dmv2u.oregon.gov

The online portal offers more than 30 services and is available 24 hours a day.
