Roseburg Parks: Beulah Park
Beulah Park has been a part of Roseburg since the 1960s, making it one of the oldest neighborhood parks in the city. Located on a quiet hillside in Northeast Roseburg, it offers open space, tall trees, a basketball court, and a newly updated playground. Back in July 2021, the park underwent a major renovation that added ADA-accessible walkways, fresh landscaping, and modern playground equipment—including new swings, climbing, and soft artificial turf. The basketball court was resurfaced, new benches and picnic tables were added, and the entire layout was reshaped to make the park more welcoming and usable for everyone. It's a peaceful, tucked-away spot, less crowded than larger parks, just a great spot for families to relax, enjoy food, and hang out together. Location: 1232 NE Beulah Dr, Roseburg, OR
