Mayberry was directly behind Thomas and she went to apply the brake to stop and her foot slipped off and she collided with Thomas’ vehicle. Neither vehicle was damaged and both were driven from the scene. Both drivers complained of pain, but neither was transported to the hospital, but were evaluated at the scene. During the disturbance Dyer allegedly punched Huckabee in the face numerous times, drug her across their floor, and then threatened her two different times, once with a knife and another time with lawn shears. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 08/22/2019 (09:46 PM) LOCATION: 443 NE Stephens, Roseburg (Associated Buyers) INCIDENT: Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle CASE #: 193853 PERSON(S): (S) Hjaltalin, Sigrin Wayne (33) Roseburg (V) Christian, Richard (56) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Hjaltalin – Unlawful Use of a Motor VehicleCriminal Mischief I VEHICLE(S): White 2015 Dodge Challenger (OR/676JXT) DETAIL(S): Sigrin allegedly entered Christian's Dodge Challenger through an open window, and was able to break the steering lock, allowing the vehicle to turn. Sigrin coasted it down Winchester Street and onto the bicycle path from Rowe Street. Sigrin ran out of speed on the bicycle path, across Deer Creek from the Point. Sigrin then returned to Associated Buyers to show Christian where the vehicle was. Sigrin returned to the vehicle and started going through Christian's property while Christian was calling 911. Sigrin was detained at taser point and lodged at corrections. Over $10,000 in damage to Richard's vehicle was estimated. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. During the investigation it was discovered Row was in possession of a firearm, and she is a convicted felon.
