Both vehicles pulled into a parking lot where they got into a verbal argument. Duncan reportedly walked Hooten back against his car, when Hooten pushed Duncan away from him. Duncan allegedly punched Hooten in the face one time, then threw him to the ground. Hooten claimed he suffered a concussion and had trouble talking and eating. DISPO: Cited and Released. Shelton was riding eastbound on Garden Valley on her bike when she allegedly failed to stop at the intersection and rode out into traffic on Cedar where she collided with Willman and Jones’ vehicles. Beckwith allegedly wanted to fight the driver for the car. The driver told Beckwith to walk away, and Beckwith then proceeded to rip the front license plate off the vehicle.
