PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 11/25/2019 (08:45 AM) LOCATION: Stephens / Oak, Roseburg INCIDENT: Minor Injury Traffic Collision CASE #: 195582 PERSON(S): (D1) Vasquez, Lexi Mariah (18) Roseburg, (D2) Blodgett, Roann (60) Winston CHARGE(S): Vasquez - Failure to Obey Traffic Control Device VEHICLE(S): Vasquez - OR 0163341 2016 White Ford Fusion, Blodgett - OR ZNG737 2003 Silver Toyota Camry DETAIL(S): Vasquez was traveling east on Oak as she approached the intersection with Stephens. Vasquez started to change lanes, and did not see the red traffic light in front of her. Blodgett was traveling north in the right lane of Stephens as she approached the intersection with Oak. Blodgett saw Vasquez enter the intersection on a red light, but was unable to avoid the collision. Both cars collided in the middle of the intersection.The only injured person was the passenger in the front passenger seat of the Blodgett’s vehicle. That passenger complained of neck pain and was transported to Mercy Medical Center via ambulance. Both vehicles suffered extensive damage and appeared to be totaled and were removed by Roseburg Towing. DISPO: Traffic Collision. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 11/25/2019 (09:20 AM) LOCATION: 2100 Block Chinaberry, Roseburg INCIDENT: Theft CASE #: 195583 PERSON(S): (S) Hopkins, Spencer James (32) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Aggravated Theft 1 VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Hopkins allegedly stole his father's camp trailer. He was contacted and arrested without incident. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 11/25/2019 (11:50 PM) LOCATION: Garden Valley / Willow, Roseburg INCIDENT: Disorderly Conduct CASE #: 195591 PERSON(S): (S) Dixon, Kieth Allen (32) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Disorderly Conduct II VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Dixon was contacted by officers for a second time on the same night in the listed area. Dixon was originally contacted for causing a disturbance at a residence. Dixon was later contacted by an officer for almost causing a traffic crash because he was seen standing directly in the middle of the roadway on Garden Valley. A truck had to lock up their brakes just to avoid striking him. DISPO: Lodged at Corrections. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 11/26/2019 (01:29 AM) LOCATION: 2553 Stewart Parkway, Roseburg (Sherm’s Thunderbird) INCIDENT: Criminal Trespass CASE #: 195592 PERSON(S): (S) Curton, Gregory Alan (65) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Criminal Trespass II VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Curton was caught sleeping in the bathroom and refused to leave. He had previously been trespassed from the property. DISPO: Cited and Released. PATROL: Roseburg Police OFFICER: RPD DATE/TIME: 11/26/2019 (06:30 AM) LOCATION: 700 Block SE Jackson, Roseburg INCIDENT: Disorderly Conduct CASE #: 195593 PERSON(S): (S) Curton, Gregory Alan (65) Roseburg CHARGE(S): Disorderly Conduct II, Criminal Trespass II VEHICLE(S): DETAIL(S): Officers responded to the area for a disturbance. When they arrived they observed Curton chasing a female employee out of the store. Curton was tackled and arrested without further incident. DISPO: Cited and Released.
