Fish stopped in the left hand turn lane for vehicles in front of him to get onto I-5 southbound. Poteet drove up behind Fish, and was unable to stop before striking the rear bumper of Fish’s vehicle. Neither driver was injured and Fish's vehicle suffered moderate damage to the rear bumper and bedside. Fish was able to drive his vehicle away, but Poteet's vehicle was not drivable due to extensive front end damage. Fish requested Joe’s Towing for his vehicle. DISPO: Traffic Citation.
