During a consent search of Joseph's person, the Officer found a plastic baggie which contained a white crystal like substance in his right front coin pocket. Morgan panicked and left the scene before police arrived.It was later found that Morgan drove to a relative's house nearby and was transported to Mercy for a head injury. When Miller got to the intersection with Douglas, she abruptly turned left (east) which rolled her truck onto its side. Miller's truck slid into a small retaining wall and utility pole. The impact damaged the pole, which was still standing and supported communications cables.Miller was partially ejected, but there were no visible injuries. Miller was transported to Mercy Medical Center with complaints of pain to her chest and right wrist. The vehicle was towed from the scene by Roseburg Towing. The truck drove up the embankment onto a flat area of grass before resting on its left side.Stan was trapped inside the truck and kicked out the windshield to get free.
