This week, Si Casa Mexican restaurant opened it's doors at the intersection of Garden Valley Blvd and NW Highland St. Si Casa was formerly in the Garden Valley Shopping Center in Roseburg before moving to this new location. The restaurant is open 7 days a week from 11:30-8 Happy hour is from 2-6
