Snow Could Possibly Reach Valley Floors on Sunday

Here's a look at the updated snow forecast for southern Oregon and northern California. Snow levels still look to be around 2500 feet for the majority of the storm on Saturday from 4AM through 10 PM Saturday. Afterwards, the snow lightens up, but the snow levels fall closer to the valley floors. This could be the first snow of the season for some of our Valleys. We've issued winter storm warnings and winter weather advisories for much of the area above 2500 feet. It's best to avoid traveling during the storm as snow will make travel difficult.
