Statement from the Developer of the Planned Sutherlin Amusement Park

"Oregon Only Development llc entered into an option agreement on a large piece of ground in Sutherlin Oregon on March 21st. Our option on the property is with the owner Douglas County. Its 126 acres of Hwy frontage on I/5. We hired two Oregon consultant firms from the neighborhood to handle Wetland mitigation analysis and other analytics on the potential site. Neither of these two consultants have provided any work product in 5 months as required by contract but have been paid a significant amount of money. It has come to our attention by a very prominent Oregonian that this site is potentially not buildable. Our consultants were both aware of this. We are currently exploring our options."
