Umpqua Valley Quilters' Guild to Host 39th Annual Quilt Show

The Umpqua Valley Quilters' Guild is holding its 39th annual "Follow the Stars" Quilt Show this weekend, April 26, 27 and 28, at the Douglas County Fairgrounds. Doors open at 10 am each day. Come see over 300 quilts and nearly 20 vendors. Special Exhibits from Hoffman Fabrics' 100th Anniversary Challenge and Clark County Washington's Storytellers are included. Quilts of Valor will be awarded on Friday and Saturday at 11 am. Classes are offered as well. Rona Herman "Rona the Ribbiter", Featured Quilter and June Kuitert, Honored Quilter, will have booths to display their work and share their stories with you. Tickets are available online or at the door: Adults - $10, Youth 13-17 - $5, 12 and under are free.
