Ladd stopped for traffic in front of him, which slowed for a school bus dropping off children. Mandera was unable to stop in time and ran into the back bumper of Ladd's truck. Both vehicles sustained minor damage and did not need tows. Neither person reported being injured. DISPO: Traffic Citation.
