Free Christmas Tree Recycling Begins in Roseburg

Free Christmas Tree recycling courtesy of Roseburg Disposal begins today with several drop-off boxes around Roseburg. The service is being offered as a gift to the community by Roseburg Disposal. Drop-off boxes are located at: *Legion Field on Stewart Parkway *Kline Street in front of Hucrest School *The corner of Calkins and Cherry *Totem Market in Winchester *Sherm’s Thunderbird on Stewart Parkway *Kowloon’s Restaurant on Diamond Lake Boulevard *Umpqua Auction parking lot (1028 NE Stephens) *Rose Street by the former Safeway store. *Redeemer’s Fellowship parking lot in front of the former cinema building on West Harvard. Gaddis Park There will be a $10 charge for trees picked up at your home or office. The trees must be cut into 4 feet or shorter lengths for pickup. Wildlife Safari will also take any unsprayed, clean (no snow or tinsel) trees for the animals at the park!
